Warranty Registration

Register for a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

12-Month Limited Warranty Terms Read before selecting “I agree.”

Registration is optional. An eligible UNCLE WU product is covered for 12 months beginning on its delivery date whether or not it is registered. Registration helps us locate your purchase details when support is needed.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during normal household use.
Eligible replacement parts or a replacement product after UNCLE WU reviews the issue and available remedy.
Coverage beginning on the delivery date shown in your order record.

What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear, cosmetic marks, or natural variation in color and materials.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care or storage, commercial use, or use outside the product’s intended purpose or rated limits.
Improper assembly, over-tightened or modified parts, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow the product instructions.

How to request support

Keep your proof of purchase. We may ask for the order number, purchase platform, product model, and clear photos or video of the issue. Stop using a product if it is damaged, unstable, or has a missing part, and contact unclewulife@gmail.com.
